These terms govern the use of the VOLTRIP game and the voltrip.net website. Using either means accepting them.
VOLTRIP is free and contains no in-app purchases. The "electric points" earned by playing have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or converted, and are in no way a currency.
The game offers rewarded ads, always optional: watching one is a choice, and declining never prevents you from playing.
It also shows one interstitial, with no reward, in a single place: when leaving a lost chapter of Chaos mode. It never interrupts a run in progress.
Your progress is stored locally on your device. It is tied to no account and therefore cannot be restored by the publisher after loss, uninstall, device change or data clearing. This matters: no one can give you back a lost game, because no one holds a copy of it.
Modifying the game, circumventing its rules, extracting its content for redistribution, or using automated means to distort its operation is prohibited.
The game may evolve: levels, balancing, content and rules may change. Updates preserve saved progress, save for a major technical incompatibility, which would be announced.
The game is provided "as is". The publisher does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and accepts no liability for indirect damage arising from its use.

These terms are governed by French law.
